Solving the Problem
How do you turn a grandmother’s cozy, time-capsule apartment into an effortlessly cool bachelor pad? The space had a sweet, cozy charm—but it needed energy, openness, and a little swagger. The apartment had heart, but it needed flow, light, and a serious edit.
Aproach
Our first step was to tear down the walls that blocked the natural light entering the space. We reassigned the dining room into a home office with natural light. A leftover corner of the living room became a surprisingly perfect dining nook.
